Multi-Drop - Various locations across the UK.
Delivering parcels for a well-known internet retailer, we have a number of positions available either in Southampton, Brighton, Romford, Maidstone, Exeter & Plymouth
What can I earn?
Competitive Day Rate of £105 with opportunity to earn bonuses of up to £20 per day. Working 6 days a week OTE in excess of £32,500 a year excluding bonuses.
We also have 5 day routes available with van share.
Do I need experience?
Some experience in courier / multi drop work is advantageous, but not essential. Full training is given.
Is there any initial investment?
We can supply new fully maintained lease vans excluding insurance, although you can supply your own.
What do I need to become part of the team?
• Ideally have been driving in the UK for more than 12 months
• Full UK / European driving licence (maximum 6 points)
• Reliable and able to work in a team & on own initiative
• A good communicator with experience of working with the public
• Being over 25 years of age can be an advantage for insurance

Depot Managers
You will need to be ideally from a transport or logistics background and either be an experienced Supervisor /Team Leader with experience of managing a team. As such this will suit applicants with previous experience of working as a Site Supervisor, Foreman, Team Leader or Manager within a Logistics/Distribution or similar environments, with at least a minimum of 1 years’ experience in a supervisory role.
You will need to have clear and concise communication skills with the ability to motivate a team to achieve targets, along with being computer literate (including MS excel and word) and ability to work to tight deadlines.
Your main responsibilities would include some of the following:
• Planning for existing and future freight commitments
• To work in a safe and sensible manner within the boundaries of the Company Health and Safety Policy and any additional site restrictions.
• Weekly & Monthly documenting and reporting overtime worked to HQ and reporting total hours inc. holiday, sickness & overtime for pay role.
• Manage disciplinary and performance issues
